1. Free Initial Consulation (10 mins):

Start with a relaxed, no-obligation conversation via Zoom. Book your free 10-minute consultation with our team to share your situation and find out how we can help.

For this call, we’ll need the following information from you in advance:

Date of birth.
Complete employment history.
Your children’s dates of birth (if applicable.)

2. Eligibility Check & Personalised Plan

After our conversation, we’ll carefully assess which entitlements you may have.

Are you eligible for a regular pension - or possibly a refund of your contributions?

3. Document Collection & Form Preparation

If you decide to move forward, we’ll take care of all the paperwork for you, from obtaining the necessary documents (such as your insurance number or proof of employment) to completing the German pension forms. We make sure everything is accurate, complete, and submitted correctly.

4. Submission & Ongoing Support:

We submit your documents to the German Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung) or, if applicable, through Centrelink International Services. From there, we stay on top of it: We track the progress of your application, communicate with the relevant authorities, and keep you regularly informed, right up until a decision is made.

5. Pension Decision / Insurance Record

Once you receive your decision notice, we review it for accuracy and completeness.

If there are any errors in the pension decision, we will, in consultation with you, file an official objection.

6. Objection Process

The fee for handling an objection depends on the scope of the investigation and the overall effort involved.
As it varies from case to case, the cost is assessed individually.

Our hourly rate for this service is $180 AUD.
